Southern Fujian Oolong
Welcome to the 36th MyTeaPal Club, celebrating three wonderful years of shared tea journeys! Your support and enthusiasm for discovering Chinese specialty teas have made this community truly special. As we reach this milestone, we're delighted to bring you a curated selection of oolong teas from southern Fujian—one of the four major oolong-producing regions of China that deserves more recognition. This time, we proudly present three distinct styles of Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) tea from different harvest seasons and vintages: - Fragrant Style “Zheng Wei” Tie Guan Yin (2024 Autumn): Freshly harvested in October, this tea showcases light oxidation, delivering an orchid-like fragrance and a refreshing taste. - Traditional Style Tie Guan Yin (2024 Spring): Carefully charcoal-roasted, it offers a robust and smooth profile, where deep roasted notes harmonize with delicate floral undertones. - Aged Traditional Style Tie Guan Yin (2018 Autumn): With six years of meticulous aging, this tea reveals a mellow, deep flavor marked by its refined complexity. Additionally, we introduce Zhang Ping Shui Xian, a remarkable square-pressed tea from Zhangping. Its distinctive aroma and delightful flavor add a unique element to this collection. We are thrilled to share these teas with you and look forward to many more tea journeys ahead.
