- Description
- Produced in October 2006 from autumn-harvested Mengku Large Leaf Variety material, this custom-made brick was picked to a one bud with two leaves standard. The tea is described as rich and full-bodied, with bitterness and astringency that gradually resolve into returning sweetness and lingering salivation. After nearly twenty years of aging, the dry leaf retains a subtle smoky aroma that has become one of its distinctive characteristics. After production, this tea was stored in Kunming from 2006 to 2013 before continuing its aging in Chengdu under the care of producer and collector You Cai. This two-stage storage history adds another dimension to its transformation over nearly twenty years.
Shipped in September 2026
