Steeping instructions
Gongfu style at 100˚C/212˚F with 5g : 110ml ratio. Unnecessary to rinse. Gaiwan is slightly preferred to Zisha teapot for the tea's fragrance.
Flash steep or very short steeping time for the first 3 infusions, and then extend as wanted.
Description
A fresh rock tea processed in late April and early May, it has a low level of roasting. Its leaves are gentle and fresh. Intense fruity, grassy. The taste is brisk and fresh.
It is a new cultivar selected between 1965-1986, mainly grown in Fujian and Guangdong province and recognized as National Excellent tea cultivar in 1994.
