Description
Sourced from century-old ancient tea trees (around 100 years) in the pristine original mountain fields of Guilin Village, Dongfeng Town’s core Beiyuan area, Jian'ou, Fujian, at approximately 350 meters elevation. The gravelly soil offers excellent permeability and rich nutrients. These old trees grow naturally with minimal human intervention, constantly bathed in mountain mist, resulting in deep and stable inner character. Harvested annually in early May and finished with medium charcoal roasting following strict traditional Beiyuan intangible heritage oolong craftsmanship slow, careful baking that refines and concentrates the tea’s essence. It carries the distinctive aged tree cluster oolong charm with a steady roasted aroma and profound, lingering aftertaste that reveals the unique depth of century old oolong.
