Description
Keemun Gongfu, originating from the mist-shrouded Qimen County in Anhui Province, has been crafted since 1875, embodying the quintessence of Qi Hong. Celebrated globally as one of the top three high-aroma black teas alongside Darjeeling and Ceylon, Keemun Gongfu thrives in an environment with shorter sunlight hours, creating the perfect conditions for tea cultivation. Known as the "Home of Chinese Black Tea," Qimen County boasts a rich tea-producing history dating back centuries. The name "Keemun Gongfu" pays homage to the meticulous and elaborate craftsmanship involved in its production. This tea undergoes a comprehensive process, from initial plucking, rolling, oxidation, and drying to meticulous refinement through sieving, cutting, winnowing, sorting, etc. Every step is a testament to manual skill and dedication, resulting in Keemun Gongfu's elegant appearance and rich aroma, earning it international acclaim for its distinct "Qimen fragrance." Exclusively using fresh leaves from nationally designated "Chu Ye Zhong" tea trees in Qimen County, this tea undergoes over 15 meticulous steps, culminating in a high-quality Keemun Gongfu with a neat appearance and pure inner qualities.
