Description
From the ecologically managed old tree tea gardens in Panxi Town, one of the most prestigious micro-regions in Fuding, the 2019 Floral Bai Mu Dan “White Peony” features the Fu Ding Da Hao cultivar. This renowned cultivar is known for its excellent quality and unique characteristics, contributing to the tea's exceptional flavor and aroma. The tea garden is maintained in a natural environment, ensuring the health and vitality of the tea plants. This 3rd grade Bai Mu Dan adheres to the picking standard of one bud with two or three leaves, capturing the delicate balance of young buds and mature leaves. Over five years of aging, this tea has developed a captivating floral aroma and a complex flavor profile, making it a delightful choice for tea enthusiasts. Compressed into a convenient dragon ball shape, each weighing 5 grams, it is perfect for easy brewing and enjoyment. Bai Mu Dan (白牡丹, lit. White Peony) is popular among white tea drinkers for its slightly stronger and more floral taste compared to Silver Needle, while still being balanced, sweet, and refreshing. This tea is perfect for those who appreciate the intricate flavors that come from careful cultivation and aging.
