Steeping instructions
100˚C / 212˚F, rinse once Gongfu style: 5g : 120-150ml, steep for 30s to open up the leaves, then start with 10s and gradually increase the steeping time until the leaves fully open up and lose flavor. Western style: 5g : 400ml, 2min + 1min per infusion Bowl style: 5g : 400ml Boiling: 5g : 1000ml, 2min + 1min each time
Description
This innovative Loquat Flower White Tea combines 2018 Spring Harvest aged Shou Mei with loquat flowers, which were harvested and baked in Putian, Fujian in 2022. The tea, sourced from Diantou Town—China's first town for white tea, was then carefully blended and compressed into a mini-cake shape, each weighing 5 grams. The result is a tea that not only retains the unique flavor of aged white tea but also incorporates the refreshing aroma and health benefits of loquat flowers. The tea brews to a pale yellow color with a delicate fragrance, smooth taste, and long-lasting aftertaste.
