Description
Yunnan province is famous for producing puerh tea, yet its high-quality green teas are hard to find. This is a premium Yunnan green tea produced at Yunnan Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Tea, made from buds and tender leaves in the spring’s first harvest.
The cultivars used in this tea are Yunkang and Foxiang, and these tea trees grow organically in the plantation. This tea was produced at the end of February, and the picking grade is one bud and two leaves. The processing technique is to pan-fry, roll, and then bake dry.

Just finished to drink this cold brew, this tea was too mild for my taste when hot, but a cold brew brings out a lot of flavour!

I brew the last grams of this tea western style in the kyusu because the remaining leaves are very small. It’s a complete different tea. Mainly sesame. I prefer gong fu cha for this tea.

Still liking Mengding Eco Green the best from this month, but curious to see if this one improves by changing the water recipe next session. I like the nutty flavor but want to bring it out more.
