Fresh Green Tea

Every year in the spring, we will spend one month featuring fresh green teas. So here it is: five Chinese green teas from five provinces, produced between late February and early April. In order to source these teas, Vincent traveled to Ya'an, Hangzhou, and Huangshan city, and he also sampled a bunch of teas from Guizhou and Yunnan province. This is our first time introducing a tea from Anhui province - Huangshan Maofeng, one of the ten most famous Chinese teas. And unlike last year's Longjing (Dragon Well), this year's Longjing is from the Xihu (West Lake) region, which is its core producing area. These two teas are the most expensive among the five. Then we also have a first harvest green tea from Menghai of Yunnan, a historically tribute tea from Yunwu of Guizhou, and a flavorful, balanced green tea from Mt. Mengding of Sichuan.
