- Gongfu style: 1 ball (~7g) : 150-180ml, 100˚C/212˚F. Rinse before first infusion. Flash steep for 10+ infusions, or do 15s + 5s per infusion.
- Description
- Often compared with Bingdao, Xiaohusai not only produces great teas but also preserves the largest high-elevation gushu tea fields in Mengku town. This tea was harvested between March 29 and April 4, 2019 from 200-300 years old trees and then pressed into 7-gram dragon balls.
